Integración Perú - Brasil frente a China: Autonomía geopolítica sudamericana en el Siglo XXI

El presente artículo analiza la cooperación estratégica entre Perú y Brasil en el marco de la Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta (BRI) impulsada por China evaluando sus implicancias geopolíticas y su impacto sobre la autonomía regional sudamericana. Se emplea un enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo basado en una revisión narrativa - analítica de literatura académica indexada y documentos institucionales recientes. Los resultados muestran que la articulación Perú - Brasil puede fortalecer la integración bioceánica pero que enfrenta desafíos derivados de la asimetría tecnológica y la debilidad de la gobernanza regional. Se concluye que la cooperación trilateral entre Perú - Brasil - China constituye tanto una oportunidad de desarrollo como un riesgo potencial de dependencia estructural dependiendo del grado de coordinación y planificación estratégica de los estados involucrados.
