Abstract

Modern education seeks to enhance teaching-learning processes through the use of Open Educational Resources
(OER), merging technology and pedagogical strategies to make content more effective. Online platforms and
virtual communities provide teachers and students with access to these OERs, which promote content customization, reduce costs, and encourage collaboration. In higher education, whether OERs are public domain
or under an open license, they offer high-quality materials for teaching and research. These resources facilitate
knowledge sharing, boost skills, and ensure more equitable access to top-tier education.
