The strength of a defense system lies within the inner core of each individual who is part of a society. This inner essence is defined by the identity and purpose consciously adopted by each person, and it becomes evident when essential questions about oneself and one's role in life can be answered. The coherence and clarity with which principles, values, and virtues are embraced determine how one lives and acts. Living by these values leads to a cohesive lifestyle with a sense of purpose in decisions and actions. Just as the strength of a chain is measured by the strength of its links, the integrity and solidity of institutions such as society, the military, and public administration are reflected in the individual strength of thew members. Therefore, this article reflects upon examining the relationship between individual strength based on identity and values and the strength of institutions like society, the
