Abstract

This article examines the work environment in a professional military, exploring how internal and external factors influence the well-being, morale and performance of soldiers. Using a multi-faceted approach, the importance of open communication, effective leadership, supporting physical and mental well-being, and continuing professional development are discussed. Through a review of the literature and case studies in various armed forces, best practices and strategies are identified to improve the organizational climate in military contexts. It is concluded that a positive work environment not only improves staff satisfaction and retention, but also increases cohesion and operational effectiveness, which is crucial for mission success and national security. to the needs of the current context
